Hosted by Chicago Swedish Fish Masters and Northside Aquatics
Entry Limit: 6 individual events total - 1 on Friday and 5 on Saturday plus 2 team relays. The 1650 will be limited to the first 60 online entries, no waiting list. The 400IM is limited to the first 36 online entries, no waiting list.
Fees:
Seeding: All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender and based on all valid entries as of the registration deadline.
Awards: Trophies will be given to the top three scoring teams. Ribbons will be given for individuals in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Location: Northside College Prep, 5501 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60625
There is ample parking in the school lots off Kedzie or on the street. Use the main building entrance.
Breaks: There will be a 10 minute break after Event 2 for warm up. Event 3 will begin no sooner than 8:30 am.

- Meet Entry Fee: $10.00 per individual swimmer
- Individual Event Registration Fee: $5.00 per individual event
- Team Relays: $5.00 per relay (Cash to be submitted on deck with relay entry forms)
Online Registration Only:
- FINAL DEADLINE: 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
- No mail, phone, or email entries accepted
- No deck entries accepted!
Eligibility: Must be over 18 years of age and have proof of a current USMS 2019 registration. In accordance with USMS rules, current USMS registration information is required for registration. The online meet registration process will automatically confirm your USMS membership status.
Events: The 1650 will be offered on Friday night. Come get a valid time for State! We will also be swimming the 4x100 IM Mixed relay. Yes everyone swims 100 IM....Madness!

Facility: The main facility is a 25 yard, 6 lane competition pool with flow-through gutters and an electronic timing system. The meet will run 5 lanes of competition and one lane for continuous warm up/warm down. This pool is a frequent host of Illinois Swimming/USA Swimming championships & CPS City Championships. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1. This means that it is eligible for top 10 recognition. The meet will be swum using five lanes for competition. Deck space is limited but there is ample seating for spectators and swimmers in the stands above the pool. Please bring your own folding chair if sitting on deck. Men’s & Women’s locker rooms will be available.
Timing: Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, USMS National Records, and FINA World Records, except times recorded only using manual backup timing are ineligible for FINA World Records.
If you are attempting to set a record, you must check-in at the timing table when the doors open on the day of the event in which you are attempting to set a record.
