EEX's 4th Thanksgiving Classic has been postponed until the Spring of 2015. While we are disappointed that the event did not run as planned, we are excited to host our first SCY Meet at a time of year when these yard times can be of more use to the Masters Swimming Community.

Dates for rescheduled Spring Meet:
We are working with TCNJ and local masters meet planners to determine an ideal weekend for our rescheduled event.
We are looking at dates in February and March.
We will have a final decision on dates as soon as possible, and should have the weekend locked in by early December.

Entries / Entry Fees:
ClubAssistant programmers will be completing a clean database move of all entries and accounting to the new 2015 meet.
This means that all of your entry fees and event selections will be transferred to this new meet database, so consider yourselves our first 50 pre-registered athletes for our 2015 competition!

Refunds:
--When we announce the Spring Meet Dates, those who know they cannot attend may request refunds from ClubAssistant, but we strongly encourage you to consider staying signed up, both as a personal goal / commitment to winter training and competition, and as a show of support as we try to make our first SCY Meet in 2015 our most popular yet!
--If you do not wish to wait for the announcement of new dates and would like a refund immediately, please contact me directly by email and I will have ClubAssistant process your request.
