Warm-ups begin 8:00 AM, meet starts at 9:00 AM
10 lanes x 50 meter pool, 8 lanes used for competition
A continuous 50 meter warm-up lane will be available
Automatic Colorado timing system will be used
Spectator seating is available in the balcony gallery
St. James and Fairfax County Health Department Covid-19 potocols will be followed.
Entry fees are $7 and $7 per event entered
Entries are due end of Friday June 24
There are no deck entries
There will be a 15-minute break between events 4 & 5
Rules
U.S. Masters Swimming rules will be followed
Events will be seeded combined men and women, slowest to fastest times
No awards will be presented
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 5 events
Final results will be posted online at Potomac Valley LMSC
