Format: 25s, 50s and 100s only with 200 Free and 200 Medley Relays. 25-yard events are not eligible for USMS Top 10 or Minnesota LMSC State records; however, 50s, 100s, and relays are recorded at the USMS national level and your individual rankings can be viewed at: https://www.usms.org/comp/meets/toptimes.php

Registration: Participants may enter a maximum of 5 individual events. Entry fees will be refundable if the meet is canceled. Registrants may instead donate refunds to the Adult Learn to Swim Program Online. Fees are paid by credit card to "Minnesota Masters." Entries via Club Assistant online only.
Annual Minnesota Masters Meeting: Meeting will take place at Minnentonka East Middle School's cafeteria immediately following the completion of the meet. USMS member will not be charged. Guest will be charged $7.00 per person on the merchandise page.
College Club Swimming and USMS are offering CCS members an exclusive opportunity: the USMS Bridge Membership, a discounted USMS membership. For $25.00 CCS members can become USMS Bridge Members through Dec 31, 2024.
Course: 8 lane, 25yd pool, using 8 lanes for competition. There is a diving well that can be used for warm-up and cool-down. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.
Relays: Relay cards must be submitted to the meet director by 11:45am for events 1 & 2, 12:30pm for event 6, 1:15pm for event 11 and 2:00pm for events 15 & 16 on the 12th unless submitted by e-mail. All relay teams must either e-mail their information to vandammn6@aol.com by 12:01 AM on 11 Nov or complete a relay entry card with first name and last name, age, and gender of each swimmer. Each card or e-mail must include the club/workout group name. For the relay to be official, none may be "unattached", or one event swimmers. All relay members must be registered with the same club but may be from different workout groups. The distance and type of relay must be circled or otherwise indicated.
USMS Split Request: Official split requests for individual events must be submitted using the USMS Split Notification Form. Per USMS rules, for backstroke events you must notify the meet referee/director if you need to record an initial split time before swimming that event, and for individual events other than backstroke you must notify the referee/director before the meet ends.
Record Breaking Swims: Any Masters swimmer who believes they may break a USMS National record should notify the meet referee/director before that event.
Results: Will be posted at the meet venue; however, unofficial real-time results will be uploaded to Meet Mobile. Final results will be available at www.minnesotamasters.com by November 16th. Times swum by non-USMS Members are not eligible for USMS Top 10 or records consideration. (Article 201.1.3B). Times swum by non-Minnesota LMSC members are not eligible for Minnesota LMSC records. There will be no One-Event swimmers.
Locker Rooms: Locker rooms are available.
Seeding: Event seeding and lane assignments will be developed prior to the meet and posted at the meet. All events will be seeded slowest to fastest.
Order of Events: It is possible that certain events, including relays, may be combined into single heats.
