Registration:  Participants may enter a maximum of 5 individual events.  Entry fees will be refundable if the meet is canceled. Registrants may instead donate refunds to the Adult Learn to Swim Program Online.  Fees are paid by credit card to “Minnesota Masters.”  Entries via Club Assistant online only.  

Course:  10 lane, 50 Meter pool, using 8 lanes for competition.  2 outside lanes on either side of the pool along with space in the adjacent diving well will be available throughout the meet for warm-up and cool down.  The length of the competition pool has been measured for compliance with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Seeding:  Event seeding and lane assignments will be developed prior to the meet and e-mailed to all registrants, except the 800. The 800 will be seeded at 12:00 p.m. June 3rd.  All events will be seeded slowest to fastest.
It is possible that certain events, including relays, may be combined into single heats.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel after having registered, please e-mail nymey001@umn.edu at least by 5 PM on Thursday, June 1st.

Weather: This is held at on outdoor facility, and may be delayed/cancelled due to thunder/lightning in the area. Please plan appropriately for the forecast.
 
Results:  Results will not be posted anywhere at the meet venue; however, unofficial real-time results will be  uploaded to Meet Mobile. Final results will be available at www.minnesotamasters.com by June 11th. Times swum by non-Minnesota LMSC members are not eligible for Minnesota LMSC records.  There will be no One-Event swimmers.

Relays:
  1. Please submit your relay entries using this form by the end of the day on Thursday June 1
  2. Relay entries will close at 10:30 am on June 2
  3. The 800 Free relay will be limited to the first 8 entries and all entrants (men's, women's, and mixed will be run in a single heat).
List of COVID-19 Related Protocols:
  • Volunteers will be required to follow the same safety guidelines as swimmers.
  • Swimmers and volunteers should follow current CDC guidlines.
  • Please do not swim if you feel sick or suspect you have COVID 19 or have a confirmed case of COVID 19
Important Logistics for Swimmers:
Locker Rooms:  Locker rooms are available. We must be out of the locker rooms by 2:55 p.m.

There is an age group meet at 3:00 p.m. There will be a hard stop at 2:45 p.m. if any events run long or are delayed due to weather. We will commuicate via email if there are any weather related concerns. We WILL swim in the (non thunderstorm) rain, we will delay if there are storms. Some events may not run if there are significant delays to the meet due to weather. There are no refunds in the case of weather.
