Age Determination Date: 12/31/2024

After you've swum the event (between Sept. 15 and Nov. 15), you'll need to submit individual results by Nov. 17. Here is the process:

Find yourself on the roster below
Click "Submit Results" to the right of your name and then confirm your identity with USMS member verification
Provide the following:
- Splits from your swim
- Date of your swim
- Pool name and location
- Name of your timer
- Contact info for your timer
