Fall 2024 Boys Water Polo Season! 

Dear Yorba Linda High School Parents and Athletes, 

We hope this message finds you well and excited for the upcoming fall 2024 water polo season! We are thrilled to announce that the registration process is now open for your athlete's participation in the team. 

Our dedicated coaching staff, including Coach English, Coach Layana, and Coach Diaz, cannot wait to dive into the season. Your athlete will surely have a memorable and enriching experience on the team.

To register your athlete for the fall 2024 water polo season, simply use this registration portal and follow the instructions provided.

Please note that registration for the fall 2024 season is $350, a reduction of $35 from previous seasons! This covers the cost of equipment, athlete banners, banquet tickets, T-shirts, off-season stipends, tournament fees, and other essential expenses that contribute to the team's overall success.

We understand that financial challenges may arise, and we are here to help ensure that every player has the opportunity to participate. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration for the fall 2024 water polo season at Yorba Linda High School. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Full Refund: If you decide to cancel your athlete's registration before the start of the season and notify us at least two weeks in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.

Partial Refund: If you choose to cancel your child's registration within two weeks of the start of the season, a partial refund may be granted, subject to the discretion of the Yorba Linda High School Aquatics Boosters. The amount refunded will depend on the circumstances and costs incurred up to that point.

No Refund: Once the fall 2024 water polo season has begun, no refunds will be issued for registration fees, except in exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical condition that prevents the player from participating. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued if your athlete is removed or suspended from the team due to disciplinary reasons or violations of team policies.

Cancelation Procedure: To request a cancellation and potential refund, please contact the Yorba Linda High School Aquatics Boosters as soon as possible. Provide your athlete's name, the reason for cancelation, and any relevant documentation if applicable. The boosters will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Transferable: Please note that registration fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future seasons or other participants.

The cancellation policy aims to ensure fairness to all participants and to help us manage the resources and commitments involved in organizing the water polo season. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
