13th Annual Pacific Masters Meeting and Celebration

We're back in person in 2023!! Please join us on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Indian Valley College, 1800 Ignacio Blvd., Novato, CA. We have a full, fun day planned with swim practice, clinics, speakers, lunch, and Pacific Masters celebration meeting and awards.   

The day's offerings begin at 8 am (7:30 check in). Participants will have a choice to attend a coached workout in the beautiful Miwok pool, choosing from two sessions, 45 minutes each. Or participants  may choose a clinic(s) with Nick Thoman (Gold and Silver medalist 2012 London Olympics) in the teaching pool. Clinics will also be two 45 minute sessions with in-water option for 40 swimmers. Clinic #1 is turns and clinic #2 is drills. Clinic attendees will have the option to sign up that morning for in-water clinic participation. Others may join in observing from the pool deck. Participants can mix and match workouts and clinics, choosing that morning!  (Please note that registration for the workout/clinic portion of the day will be capped at 120). 

At 10:15 attendees will move down the hill to the Jonas Center to listen to Tucker Dupree (Paralympian) tell us about his journey via live-stream video. 

A catered lunch follows at 11:45 in the Jonas Center, followed by autographs and photos with Nick. Nick will then deliver our key note address and take questions. 

Next up, we will have our Pacific Masters Annual Meeting, elections, and award presentation.

• 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. – Check-in for morning workout and/or clinic, Miwok Aquatics Center 
• 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. – morning workout and/or clinic, Miwok Aquatics Center
• 10:15 - 11:30 a.m. – Tucker's Talk, Tucker Dupree, Jonas Center
• 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. – Lunch, Jonas Center
• 12:40 - 1 p.m. – Autographs and photos, Nick Thoman,  Jonas Center
• 1:05 - 2:15 pm – Key note address, Nick Thoman, Jonas Center
• 2:15 - 3:30 p.m. – Celebration meeting and awards, Jonas Center
