Girls HS Winter Program 2024-2025
Open to Girls Grades 9th-12th; Some water polo experience is recommended and good swimming ability is a must. Athletes will be placed into practice groups by ability and experience such that returning, competitive athletes will be challenged while new, beginning club athletes will be given the time to learn new skills and techniques.

Competitive Youth Clinic- Sept/Oct
For all returning Boys and Girls Competitive Youth. Clinic held on Sundays, September 8, 15, 22, 29 & Oct 6th from 3-5pm at Rio Americano HS.
This is a skills program provided to our returning 12/14U players to have the opportunity to keep up with their fundamentals before the Fall/Winter Competitive program begins.

We are a non-profit youth sports organization that has been a part of the Sacramento community since 2003. We offer water polo programs throughout the Sacramento region to boys and girls of all ages and abilities. As a club we strive to instill discipline, teamwork, commitment and confidence in our athletes.
