Events can be set up to charge swimmers a flat fee or a per-event fee and can also be programmed with automatic late fee increases and NGB tier pricing.     All USMS members who register for your event pass through a quick and easy USMS member verification within the Club Assistant online registration, saving you the headache of collecting copies of ID cards.

Data downloads from your Club Assistant in any format required by your timing company: CSV, Excel, SD3, Standard Data Interface Format (SDIF). If using Hy-Tek Meet Manager for seeding open water entries, Club Assistant provides an SD3 file for seamless data transfer to Hy-Tek Meet Manager.
