Club Assistant provides an easy-to-set-up, easy-to-register and easy-to-reconcile online meet registration process for Swim Meets, Open Water Swims and Postal Swims.
Meet Set-Up
Club Assistant meets are single-day and multi-day, one event or unlimited events, entry times required or "NT". Online meet registration can be set up in as little as 48 hours.
A Club Assistant meet can be set up to charge swimmers a flat meet fee or a per-event fee and can also be programmed with automatic late fee increases and NGB tier pricing. Club Assistant also allows you to add sale items like T-shirts and social tickets to your shopping cart while also collecting money for charitable donations during meet registration.
Club Assistant provides a unique URL for your online meet registration that you will publish with your meet announcements.
Meet Registration
Integrate with Meet Management Software: Export online entries in Standard Data Interface Format (SDIF) format from Club Assistant directly into any meet management software.
Meet Reports: Create meet rosters, psych sheets and demographic charts from your Club Assistant account at any point. View money received and run itemized accounting reports.
Results: Export meet results from any meet management software and easily import into Club Assistant. You can also create a variety of results reports to post online.
