Facility: Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center, 800 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Charlotte NC 28202.(704) 336-3483. The pool is 50 meters by 25 yards, with a bulkhead dividing the competition area into an 8 lane 25 yd course. Continuous warm up/down lanes available. Parking is across the street on Saturday. The pool length has been certified with USMS and will be re-measured at this meet in compliance with USMS rules.

Rules: Swimmers must be registered with USMS for 2015. USMS One Day Registration will not be allowed. USMS rules govern the meet. Swimmers are limited to 5 individual events per day. When warming up, you must enter the pool feet first except in sprint lanes. No paddles or kickboards are allowed.

Deadline: Online entries only by 11:59pm EST Sunday January 25, 2015. No paper entries will be accepted and no deck entries will be accepted at the meet. After the deadline for individual entries passes, online relay team entries will remain open until 5:00pm EST Wednesday January 28. Relay entries will also be accepted at the meet by filling out relay cards and turning them in to the computer operator during the warmup session.

Fee: $45.00 flat fee INCLUDES A MEET SHIRT FOR EVERYONE - see shirt image below. No charge for relays. There will be no refunds unless the meet is cancelled, in which case $15.00 of the fee paid will be retained and $30.00 will be refunded. If inclement weather occurs, the staff at the aquatic center will determine late Friday if the center will or will not open the following morning. If it opens, the meet will be held.

Scoring & Awards: Individual events will be scored 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1; relays doubled. No ribbons or individual high point awards will be given, but a paper plaque for peel-off stickers will be given to all entrants. Team awards will be given for places 1-3 for in-state teams and places 1-3 for out-of-state teams.

Seeding All: events will be seeded by sex and time except the following events which will be seeded by time only: 1,650, 1,000, 400 IM and 500 free. In order to be seeded in each of these events, you must re-confirm at the clerk of course that you will swim. All events will be seeded from slow to fast, except the 500 free, which will be seeded fast to slow. The Meet Director reserves the right to combine sexes in any other events.

Schedule:
Saturday morning: Warm up at 7:45am; first heat of the 1,650 starts at 8:30am.
Saturday afternoon: Warm up at conclusion of 1,000 - approx 11:15am.
Saturday Noon: Swimmers of the Year awards are presented, after which the first heat of 100 fly will be called.
Sunday morning: Warm up 7:30am; first heat of 400yd Medley Relay starts at 8:15am.
