IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL SWIMMERS
Closing date is 5.00pm Friday 11th March 2016 – NO LATE ENTRIES
If you discover a recording mistake or an event is missing you may contact the Masters Swimming Victoria Office via mail, email (see above) or in person and provide the following details: Name, event, heat, lane, time and description.
NO changes can be made after Tuesday 15th March at 12.00pm (noon) FOR ANY REASON
All swimmers must register entries via the Club Assistant online registration system.
Please ensure that your Masters Swimming registration is current to 31st December 2016.
Club Assistant validates your membership and will reject your entry attempt if you are not financial for the 2016 season.
This competition will be governed by the
Rules of Masters Swimming Australia in force on the closing date for entries. (These can be found on the Masters Swimming Australia website)
Medals for first place and
ribbons for second and third place will be awarded for all age groups and sexes, based on fastest times. Visiting interstate and International teams are eligible for awards.
A fee of $30 will be applied to any protest other than a recording issue. This fee must be attached to the protest form at the time of lodgment. No fee, no protest accepted.
Visiting interstate and international swimmers are welcome. Visitors must show a proof of registration with an equivalent body overseas or interstate.
No guest swimmers!
The
PROGRAM for the Meet will be computer generated from the entries generated by the Club Assistant on-line registration process. The final program will be available on the Masters Swimming Victoria website:
http://www.mastersswimmingvic.org.au approx. 3 days prior to the meet.
Note: If paying by credit card, your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "MASTERSSWIMMINGVIC."
