Eligibility: Open to Canadian or International registered Masters swimmers who are current members of recognized masters swim club or affiliate (written confirmation of affiliation may be required for International Masters swimmers & shall form part of the registration package)

Registration Information: Entry fee is $40 per swimmer; meet is limited to 200 swimmers. Swimmers may enter a maximum of 4 events plus relays. The Meet Manager may limit the number of heats per event/reschedule as necessary. Swimmers must submit an entry time for each event – events with no time (NT) will not be accepted.

Registration Deadlines: On-line: Saturday, October 29, 2016; paper entries: Saturday, October 15, 2016 (allow sufficient time for snail mail). Entry fee must accompany all entries. Please mail paper entries to: Allyson Phillips, 5670-16th Ave, Delta, BC, V4L 1G7
Late or deck entries will NOT be accepted. No refunds will be given after entry deadlines.

Seeding: All events are timed finals. Men and women will be seeded together in the same events based on entry time. This is a Cardless meet.

Record Attempts: Pick up a pink record attempt card from the Clerk of Course and give it to the timers

Psyche Sheets: To be posted on the meet website as soon as possible after the entry deadline.

Heat Sheets: To be posted on the meet website by Friday, Nov 4, 2016. Please print your own heat sheets. Only a very limited number printed of heat sheets will be available at the meet.

Relays: No swimmer may swim more than once in any relay – you may swim either on a men’s, women’s or mixed team in any relay event.

Relay Card Deadline: For events 2 & 11 – 20 minutes after the start of warm up; for Event 12 – prior to the start of Event 6; for Event 19 - 10 minutes after mid meet break/warm-up. Relay cards attached to this package and at meet. Please complete and submit to Clerk of Course before first warm-up.

1500 Free: Positive check-in required before event 12. Swimmers of the same gender may be seeded 2 per lane. Only front crawl is permitted.

Awards: Each swimmer will receive a Participation Certificate with labels for each event swum.

Amenities at Watermania: Ample free on-site parking; coin operated day use lockers; concession.

Reservations: 1-855-604-1830 - quote WINSKILL OTTERS MASTERS SWIM CLUB, Standard Room: $119 per night + taxes. Rooms at group rate held until October 4 and subject to availability. Details attached.
