Facilities: All races conducted on a 50-meter course with non-turbulent racing lanes.  Warm up lanes will be available in the adjacent diving well during the meet each day.  Showers and lockers will be available.  The meet will be operated using a Daktronics Timing System and Meet Manager software.

Timing: Colorado automatic timing system with touch pads will be the primary system.  Secondary     system will be manual?electronic with 1 button and 1 digital watch per lane.

Rules: Current United States Masters Swimming technical rules and code of regulations will govern this meet.

 “The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement”. It is the policy of the Woodlands Masters Swim Team and the Conroe ISD Natatorium that the length of the competition pool be certified before a meet begins and recertified after the conclusion of each session.

Eligibility: All participants must be registered with United States Masters Swimming. Competitors must be 18 years of age on or before July 10, 2015. The eligibility of a participant is determined by their age as of December 31, 2015. You may register for the Meet online at www.wmst.net. Additional links are available at www.gulfmastersswimming.org or www.usms.org. You may also register by mail. If you do, a copy of your current USMS Registration Card must be attached.

Conduct of Meet: All events will be timed finals. Women and men will be seeded together for the 400 IM, 1500, and the 800 Meter Freestyle events by time only, slowest to fastest. Enter the meet using your best long course meters time for the event. If you only have short course yards times and are using the on-line entry system, please use the on-line time conversion utility to adjust your times to long course meters. If you are entering the Meet using paper entries, please use the Swimming World time conversion utility to convert your times www.swimmingworldmagazine.com/results/conversions.asp. The Meet Director may, at his discretion, correct, adjust or insert an entry time for any swimmer.

Hospitality: Available for Officials, Timers, and Meet Volunteers.

Limit of Events: Each entered swimmer may swim a maximum of 5 individual events and 3 relay events per day. Due to time and facility crew limitations we will need to enforce qualifying times for the 1500 and 800 freestyle events. To qualify for the 2015 South Central Zone Championships swimmers must have proof of meeting the following qualifying times
1500 Freestyle under 1:00.00 -  800 Freestyle under   30:00

Entry Fees:
On time entry (online entry completed online or paper entry received by June 26) - $50
Entries received after June 26th and before July 3rd - $55
Entries received after July 3rd to the close of entries on July 7th - $60
No entries will be accepted after July 7th

Meet entry is $20 for individuals swimming RELAYS ONLY. Incomplete entries cannot be processed and there will be no refunds. The relays are $10 per relay and payable on the day of the relay.

Age Groups: Individual: 18-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79, etc.
Relays: 76-99,100-119,120-159,160-199,200-239,240-279,280-319,320-359,360-399
Note: the aggregate age of the four relay team members shall determine the age group.

Awards: For individual and relay events 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be awarded.

Results: Results will be posted electronically on the Woodlands Masters Swim Team website at www.wmst.net and the Gulf Masters Swimming website at www.gulfmastersswimming.org

Facility Rules: This meet is conducted on the grounds of a school district campus.  The CISD asks that all swimmers, spectators, and coaches comply with the facility regulations.
