POOL MEASUREMENT COMPLIANCE: The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

ELIGIBILITY: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older.

DIRECTIONS TO THE POOL:
Take I-5 to Exit 228 (Hwy. 34, Corvallis/Lebanon). Go west on Hwy 34 about 10 miles to Corvallis. Keep going straight over the Willamette River and through 4 traffic lights making a right at the 5th light onto 9th St. Go about 1.5 miles to Circle Blvd. and turn left (there is a RiteAid on the left and BiMart on the right). Go one long block to Highland Dr. and turn left. Pool is on the right.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Online entry preferred. Online entries due by 11:59 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Paper entries must be POSTMARKED no later than Friday, March 27, 2015.

AGE GROUPS: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 100+. Relay age groups: 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+ and 75+.

EVENT LIMITS: You may enter a maximum of 6 individual events plus unlimited relays with no more than 5 individual events per day. Enter relays at the meet. Only 200 yard relays will be available.  The 400 IM, 500, 1000 & 1650 freestyles will be deck seeded. See guidelines page posted below for check-in deadlines for these events and for relays. All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST.

OMS AWARDS SOCIAL AND ANNUAL MEETING: In lieu of a banquet, there will be an OMS Social with appetizers and a no host bar and a short awards program on Sat, April 11th at the Corvallis Elks Lodge, 1400 NW 9th St, Corvallis.  The social will start approximately 90 mins after the last relays. Exact times will be determined based on the meet timeline and made available at the meet. Cost is $10 per person (swimmer or guest). Please take this opportunity to socialize with your teammates and meet other Masters swimmers outside of the pool!

The OMS Annual Meeting of Team Representatives will follow the awards program at the end of the social.

OFFICIAL RULES AND GUIDELINES
CHECK-IN DEADLINES:
Friday, April 10: 400 IM – 2:30 PM / 1650 Free – 3:00 PM.
Saturday, April 11: 1000 Free – The end of the 50 Breast.
Sunday, April 12: 500 Free - 8:30 AM.

RELAY CHECK-IN DEADLINES:
Saturday, April 11: Free Relays – 9:30 AM / Mixed Medley Relay - The end of the 100 Free.
Sunday, April 12: Medley Relays – The end of the 50 Free / Mixed Free Relays - The end of the 50 Fly.
Only 200 yard relays will be available.  For team scoring each competitor is allowed to swim only one freestyle relay, one medley relay, one mixed freestyle relay and one mixed medley relay.

THE EVENTS LISTED ABOVE WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED AT THE STATED TIMES.SEEDING FOR DISTANCE AND RELAY EVENTS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THESE TIMES.THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE ENTRIES OR LATE CHECK-INS.

WORKOUT GROUP SCORING: Only workout groups registered by March 31, 2015, will be able to score points. There will be three group categories (Small, Medium, and Large) based upon the number of swimmers entered in the meet for each workout group. There will be a meeting of all the group representatives on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 8:45 AM to vote on the breakdown of the teams into these three categories. Swimmers from LMSCs outside of Oregon are allowed to enter but are not scored in the workout group competition. Full workout group names and their abbreviations are listed below. Someone from your workout group must register the group for 2015.
The workout group registration form is included in the current issue and online at www.swimoregon.org. Please make sure your group is registered with either USMS or Oregon LMSC.

The workout group you list in your meet entry is your workout group designation for the meet and no exceptions will be allowed. If you leave this workout group space blank you will be entered as representing the workout group listed on your 2015 USMS Registration for scoring purposes.

WORKOUT GROUP AWARDS: Awards for First, Second, and Third Place will be awarded for each group category.
